Affiliate disclosure

Football Betting Champion is free to read. It is financed by commissions from some bookmakers we write about and by a handful of paid placements. Both are explained below.

Who receives the money

All of it goes to Cayrivane Media Works B.V., which publishes the site.

A share of revenue, not a payment per click

The deals behind the bookmakers in our tables are revenue-share agreements. The operator hands the publisher a percentage of what it earns, net, from players who came via our links. A click alone pays nothing. Your deposit, your odds and your bonus do not change because you came through us.

Spotting an affiliate link

“Visit” buttons and bookmaker cards lead to addresses of the form footballbettingchampion.com/go/brand; every one of them is an affiliate link. Each such click places the cookies described in our cookie policy and gives the operator an anonymous reference for the referral. Links to cricket boards, government notices and help services carry no such reference.

What commercial terms may and may not touch

A deal can affect whether a bookmaker appears in a table and where. It cannot raise a review score, delete a criticism or buy a softer line in our law sections. Bookmakers are not shown reviews ahead of publication and have no right to change a word.

Why the top spot changes

The first places in our lists rotate among bookmakers with close scores, so a position mixes our rating with the commercial arrangement. If you want the editorial verdict alone, compare the scores printed beside each name.

Paid articles and links

A small number of articles and links were bought by outside parties. They are not bookmaker reviews, they do not feed into any rating, and the publisher alone decides whether they stay up.

An example

Say a reader taps “Visit” on a review, lands on the bookmaker, opens an account and later loses more than they win there. Under a revenue-share deal the bookmaker passes a part of its net income from that account to the publisher, month by month. If the reader never signs up, or wins overall, nothing is owed. That is why our income depends on readers who play, and why we say plainly in the reviews that betting costs money.

Which pages carry the links

Bookmaker reviews, comparison tables, app pages and some sport guides contain “Visit” buttons. The Hindi section uses the same /go/ addresses. News items and our legal pages carry none.

Writers and editors

Partner or not, a brand is rated on the same points: licence, markets, prices, payments, app and support. Nobody at a bookmaker sees a draft, and a commission is never a reason to soften a verdict.

Bonus codes

A promo code printed in a review may be one issued for our readers or one the bookmaker advertises to everyone. A code may tie your account to our referral, but it never makes the offer worse than what the operator gives elsewhere, and the full rules stay on the bookmaker’s site.

Where the commission comes from

Commission is paid out of the bookmaker’s margin and its players’ losses; it is never added on top of your stakes. We see a conflict of interest here and prefer to say so: the more readers lose at a partner, the more the publisher may earn. It is one reason our pages keep pointing to limits, breaks and the help line instead of bigger stakes.

Disputes with a partner

A commercial deal gives no reader a special route into a bookmaker’s complaints desk. What we can do is take a documented complaint into account when the review is next revised.

Bookmakers that pay us nothing

We review brands without any deal too, including those that have left India, because readers keep asking about them.

Affiliate links and the 2025 Act

Real-money online betting, and promoting it, are banned in India by the Online Gaming Act of 2025. A link on this site is not a suggestion to bet from India; the disclaimer sets out the legal position.

Dropping a partner

A bookmaker that sits on withdrawals, tilts its rules against players or stops answering complaints is marked down or taken off our lists, deal or no deal.

Free credit and hospitality

If an operator ever gives us test credit, tickets or any other perk, the review concerned will say so, and accepting it buys no better verdict.

Keeping this page current

Before we take on a new type of partner or a new payment model, this page is rewritten to cover it and its “Updated” line changes.
